I have a 2014 with a 1.4L. I was changing the spark plugs (car felt like it would misfire going up a hill under load) and thermostat (the temp gauge was decreasing when coasting down a mountain) and when I got everything back together, I noticed a weird sound. I haven't noticed it before because it's the car my mom drives but I don't know what it is. Any ideas?

I tried to upload the video but it was too big then it wasnt the right format so YouTube it is

I have no idea what that is. Is the tensioner spring on the serpentine belt loose and causing that? Is it coming from the serpentine side?

This is actually quite normal for a Cruze with a normally functioning thermostat. They don't make a lot of heat, and if they're just coasting, they're not making ANY heat.

It does sound like it is coming from the serpentine side, but I cant really tell. Could it be all the antifreeze that came out of the thermostat?
