Galaxy S5 Phone contact no longer download to car phonebook.

Folks,

This one is driving me nuts. 2013 Chevy Cruz Eco, had it for three years and never had a problem with my phone contacts syncing with the car over bluetooth. I've got a Galaxy S5. About a month ago I noticed the car wouldn't call by name and there was no phonebook. There had been no service changes to the car -- but I've gone through several Android updates on the phone.

Has anyone else noticed this -- any advice on how to get it working again?
Many Thanks!

I changed from a Galaxy Grand Prime to a updated J3 2016. I can still Bluetooth with Pandora but calls will only give me the output and will not pick up my voice to the one I called. I tried everything with no luck, frustrating.
You answered your own question. "There had been no service changes to the car -- but I've gone through several Android updates on the phone."

The software on the radio no longer likes the software on the phone. Check with the dealer, there might be a radio update that might help
