The PCV is a known weak point and GM redesigned it to be stronger. As for your turbo the only real concern I would have is the K&N filter, which allows larger particles through than does the OEM air filter. Chrysler has gone so far as to inspect blown turbos in their trucks if there is a K&N filter to verify the turbo wasn't blown because of larger particles in the air stream. However, we have seen some blow off valves fail as well as a couple of actual turbos fail. Both are under the power train warranty.

I like your paint job - in 10 years it won't matter because the paint warranty is part of the 36/36 B2B warranty. As long as your dual mufflers branch off after the last part of the actual emissions system they won't impact the emissions warranty.
