Anyone know how often GM sends these out? I received one about a month ago but did not keep. I want to trade in my 2011 Cruze LT for a ECO model and the extra bonus sure would help.

Just call your local dealer or corporate GM and ask them if you're eligible. You don't need to have the mailing in hand...
