Hey I have this same code. I have ignored it for a bit since the dealer said it wouldn't be detrimental, but they quoted me 350$ to get it fixed. Which I feel is excessive. Did you follow any particular guide to replace the part?? Also the picture you uploaded is not showing up. Do you have another link for it or could you repost it?

It is annoying to get to, unless you are a small person. But it is one bolt, and one electrical connector. Very easy. Google the part number for a picture, or go to RockAuto.com they have pictures.
