Should be a white screw. Which direction? Well that depends if you want to raise or lower your lights. My suggestion would be to read http://www.cruzetalk.com/forum/36-audio-electronics/3396-adjusting-headlights.html.

Well in order to do this, you'll want to have the car pointed at a wall (garage door, etc.) and you want the car 25ft away on flat pavement. Then you want to measure the height from the ground to the middle of the headlight (right in front of the headlight). Next step is to measure the height of the beam on the wall. Then just experiment with the screw. You'll be able to see right away which direction is correct.
