I have a 2010 Holden Cruze.
The heat seats (both driver and passenger), have stopped working. The lights on the dash do not illuminate, and as both stopped working this led me to believe it would be a blown fuse, but the fuse works fine, even swapped for a different 30A fuse and doesn't work.

Any trouble shooting suggestions?

Find the connector under the seat, unplug it and use an ohmmeter and read the continuity of the heaters themselves If it is ok, and the fuse is ok, it is in the controls.
