Currently market is overflowed with different car models. Honda, Ford, BMW... there are many. I am interested in Cruze and BMW. Need suggestions from you people to choose a best one. Can you help me in this?
Well that's basically comparing apples and oranges to be blunt. New. Cruze is mid $20k car vs new BMW $40k+
The Cruze is more of an economy car that will be much more reliable and cheap to fix. The only downside with the Cruze I think is it being SLOW because it is a bit heavy compared to others in its class, but the car makes up for it in the winter when you are keeping up with the 4x4's. Quite amusing actually how good this car is in the snow.
Fun fact, the 2012 Cruze LTZ RS outcorners a BMW 328i...
Yeah if you're looking into a cruze than you don't want a bmw for whatever reason. If you want a bmw than cruze shouldn't even be on your list. FYI you can replace a cruze engine for the cost of a bmw water pump. Look into the focus st if you want a mix of both (performance and mpg).
This is rather like comparing a Corolla to a Porsche. They aren't in the same league.
A Cruze LTZ/Premier is quite nice for what it is, but they have nowhere near the power or handling of even a 4-cyl 328. They do offer quite a bit of feature content for the price, though.
This is the first time I have ever seen anyone say they are looking for a Cruze or a BMW. The new Cruze is a great car...once you get past the horrible looking rear end and mehhhhhh looking front end. I have never been a BMW fan of any kind. So I say, buy the Cruze and take the extra $$$ you saved and invest it. Then sit back, relax in the fact of knowing you didn't buy a BMW and won't be seen as ego maniacal, self centered, self indulgent, wannabee and never will be BMW prick a$$hat.
If you going to compare you should look at a Malibu Premier with the 2.0t. that car is fast and handles nice. I believe one of the car magazines said the 2017 with 9 speed auto got to 60 in less than 6 seconds.
Is this guy/gal for real? A new BMW will cost as much as both of my Chevy's, combined. If there is a BMW dealer/services near you, and you can afford it, just get the BMW...
