Help! Service Stabilitrak/Service Traction control

I have a 2011 Chevy cruze manual transmission with 95,000 miles on it. RToday while driving down the freeway the radio started to flash on and off and it came up with a warning service stabilitrak/ service traction control, the steering appeared to not be turning during this time. I turned off the radio and it did it again but this time seemed to turn the engine off multiple times. Any idea what this could be? I just replaced the thermostat and housing, all the spark plugs, and the radiator hoses about 3 weeks ago.
