I would like to do I better job removing the grill but I don't have a garage for that, so someone has any idea or tip to help me? A good spray brand....

For now try Plasti-Dip. I am eventually look into having my rear chrome bar painted and if I figure it out, I'll post it in my build blog. If I remember this thread, I'll try and post it here too (terrible memory).

Plasti Dip usually doesn't change in appearance, even with rock hits - I Plasti Dipped the grille on my brother's Century like five years ago and it still looks great.

If you do it right, the temp is not too cold, the Plasti-Dip is not too old etc, It looks pretty good. Here is my first hack job, re-coated, if you look close you will see bumps, but that is because it was too cold out when I sprayed the first time. I did not strip it to redo it because I was planning on painting one. I have the painted one, but am waiting on parts to rebuild it also.

Here is my Trunk Bar so far...
