mmmmm. I doubt it, thats typically only done on highend rentals like ferraris etc You may just not be used to a turbo car.
Hesitation sluggish no low end when taking off at a stop sign or stop light. Anyone e
I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze lt2 with the 1.4 turbo. When taking off from a stop light it has like barely any power and move very slow through the low end then about mid range it kicks in and takes off. I just bought the car week and a half ago from a dealership certified pre-owned car with 19,000 miles on it after I purchased it I have been read on the CARFAX that it was a rental car, do rental agencies have their vehicles tune down so people don't beat on them? Could that be my issue of it being tuned down from factory??

I kinda figured lol but I thought I would ask.
before purchasing my car I drove a coworkers car with the same engine and all and it had instant throttle response even from a dead stop.

both the same trans? Some people recommend different plugs

As far as I know they are the same trans, they are both 2014 only difference is mine is an LT2 and the other is is just the plain LT and that LT is averaging 3mpg more then me as well but I reset my trip meter when I got the car so maybe it's still counting. I'm not a lead foot on the car because the power isn't there to do it lol.

Change the spark plugs and run 89-93 octane in the summer.
