I wouldn't jack my car up there, if it slips your crushing the heat exchanger stack. Use the reinforced area behind the front wheel, inboard of the rocker panel.

21lbft is the spec for Gen1. North American Gen2 are 30lbft. I agree with loctite as an added measure of safety, though I use "red"

I would have changed those rotors as well with all the grooving on them. I have had nothing but bad luck with an impact and wheel lock as well.
