Just wanted to share a solution I had if you cover that says ecotec and covers the spark plugs rattles too much. I have some of that self fusing silicone tape and wrapped the clips that hold the cover down. It stop rattling. Mine was rattling bad after I got the new manifold and valve/cam cover because my pcv died.

I drove it about two weeks like that before I sold the car and had no problem. So not sure how it would hold up in the long run but I don't see why it wouldn't hold up.

Good trick, I was thinking you could also use some 3M 130c Linerless rubber splicing tape.

I just ditched the cover all together. Really no need for it anyway IMO.
My 1st cover broke from constantly removing it the wrong way. 2nd one rattled only when I had a vacuum leak and it idled funny. I wish I though of this fix sooner.
Hi!, I have been looking for a place to buy the cover. Do you have any information where I can find it for sale. I broke three of the four clamps and just want to get a new one. I would really appreciate any and all help that you can give me!

Thank you for your time,
Daniel Sandoval
