That's cool! So there is no issue with just unplugging the panel? No problems with mileage discrepancies or anything like that?
No problem seen during removal and after cleaning. Just got the panel and clean it at home carefully. Thats all and you can see the mileage is still there at last picture. I tested all functions working as usual. But for a safe removal for the panel, I avoid to start car engine without panel. I advice same to you. If not, It is possible to generate some problems without panel if the Ecu is programmed to detect it.
Do you think it would be easy to change the gauges ?

Why not! I am not familiar with changing gauge but why not? You see It is possible to touch gauge. I think you can change if you want and know what you are doing.
Just remembered something that It is possible to change gauges with similar instrument panel gauges which are used in Opel/Vauxhall models. For eg. Opel Insignia. Similar gauge with different led color. You can find it on net.
For those of us with an instrument cluster rattle, there is a TSB that says to do this and put a small piece of foam in the channel the clear plastic sits in. Thanks for this write up.
:goodjob:
Maybe the MODS could consider a possible sticky on this????

Yes It should be an enough solution for clear plastic rattle.
This is perfect my 2014 LT has some strange little lines in the inside of my dash plastic and it looks like some bug/snail was in there and left little trails....i'll take pics later of it but it came like that from the used car dealer i got it from this will finally get rid of those as i can't stand them lol

so here are the photos of the lines before i cleaned the cluster out. This walk through was perfect for the 2014 LT, was the same steps! Still not sure exactly what made them but they are gone now.

After I cleaned the plate and followed the steps, I started to make a sound when the indicators moved
