Ha, nothing like going to Lake Michigan and toss a tiny piece of bread on the ground for just one sea gull. Then ten seconds later, get about 10,000 of these birds begging for food.

Had one fly into my garage yesterday, it was attracted to the red handle hanging from the garage light lol- seems like I need to get a feeder up.

Rarely see this bird around here, amazing, must be too cold.
put a feeder out

when you get a bird, put another out

etc, etc.

the more feeders you put out, the more birds youll get

they take ownership of a feeder and keep others from using it

Wow....that is amazing! We usually have 2-3 that spend the summer with us (1st one came on April 28), but I have NEVER seen that many at one time.
come summertime, there will be ~150 of em

ive made 8 gallons of food in a day, though average is 5 gallons

I assume BC is British Colombia for your location? Didn't know they went up there. I was just in Arizona and they were everywhere! Such cool creatures.
yea, im half way from seattle to alaska

they get here the same week every yr....sometimes its too cold for them overnight and they go into 'comas' and theyll be on the ground motionless...go outside before letting the cats out, pick them up, breathe on them, they wake up and fly away
