In need of turbo whistle.

Hi, new to the forum and the cruze. Just wondering what I can do to increase my turbo whistle/bov. I've done the resonator delete and K&N panel filter to no avail. It seems to have gotten less noticeable with the mods than it was on my test drive. Thoughts?

I realize it's small and won't sound like my duramax but a little sound would be nice.

Anybody?

K&N SRI for maximum intake spool noise
BOV for big sneezes
Downpipe and Exhaust for maximum turbine noise

Thank you. Does it have the potential to be heard clearly over engine noise short of a charger swap? Also does a bov hurt mpg at all?

BOV will not work unless you have a Speed Density tune. Only one i know of is the Trifecta ECP tune

Does it have potential to be heard Clearly over the engine;
Almost an opinion question, check youtube, lots of good videos of many intake and exhaust systems.
I sure prefer my aftermarket BB turbo and larger charge tubes, i really like the Orchestra that comes off the turbo

Sorry for the late reply (was busy with work) forgive my ignorance, but why won't the BOV work w/out the trifecta tune? Was planning to get tuned anyway

Speed Density Calculates the fueling primarily using the intake manifolds absolute pressure. Allowing for a more mods and more reliable operation when highly modded

Mass Air Flow tunes calculate the fueling primarily using the MAF sensor located in the intake.
This provides the best experience when stock. Air leaks, larger intakes, bigger turbo, all cripple MAF operation...
Thank you. Good to know.

I have the k&n short ram intake and you can hear the turbo plenty. I can hear it spool on the passenger side dash area and if the window is open it's much louder.

Has anyone tried changing the downpipe(s)? This is my first turbo gasser, but I had a Duramax diesel and it made a HUGE difference in the turbo sound when I changed the down pipe on it.
I know they make them
