I just got a 2018 cruze that my grandfather had in his garage....less than 5,000 miles on it. The info screen just stopped working. The radio works, but the screen is blank with a white line down on side. If I touch the screen, it makes noises like it would if it were working. The backup camera does not show up either. Any chance this is something simple?
