Intake manifold/valve cover replacement still low idle

Hi guys, so I first tried the bypass kit on my 1.4 turbo and replaced all gasket as well. After put back together the car was at 700 RPMs at idle and supposed to 900. Also, I still had a small vacuum leak even though it didn’t show up on my dash with a check engine light and code when read.
So I bought the doorman kit and replaced the intake manifold and PCV hose from intake to the turbo. I already replaced the valve cover so it was fine. The vacuum leak went away as I suspected I think it was coming from the throttle body spacer. But the car is still idling at 700 RPMs. Can’t seem to figure out why? Any suggestions? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
