Sorry for bringing this post back from the dead but I have a question. What size charge pipes are you guys going with?

Here's another question, if keeping the stock IC, why not just use some exhaust pipe with IC silicone connectors? I know the inter cooler has a larger inlet and outlet then the piping it's self, so if there was a way to seal the charge pipes and get the sensors to sit correctly, then wouldn't exhaust pipe do just as good? Could even wrap the pipes with plasti dip to add some insulation or exhaust wrap the pipe?
