Interior trunk switch help.

I picked up an interior trunk switch from Aliexpress. I hooked everything up, but the switch doesnt work when pressed. When I plugged the pink car connector back in, the trunk popped, so I know its hooked up properly. I even unplugged the connector at the switch and plugged it back in and it popped the trunk. Just the switch doesnt work. The USB works fine, since Im assuming its independent from the switch itself. I cant even get the switch to light up (Yellow wire to the lock/unlock switch). So, it may be a bad switch?

Make sure you post that to AliExpress before your time runs out. Use an ohm meter to see if the switch actually switches.
