your probably going to be seeing alot of post considering i just bought a salvaged 2013 cruze with 3k miles on it for 6k.
ive already purchased the hood, bumper cover, fender, grills, lights but im pretty sure im missing some items.

i need a new driver wheel airbag and driver knee air bag, single stage. Do i need to replace the sensor as well or do those reset? also where can i find and exploded diagram of the entire bumper area to find parts that may be missing.

Wow that's a good price for a low mileage Cruze, hopefully you can bring it back to life.
show us some pictures when you can, how bad was the damage ?
Sounds like you have your work cut out for you. We have a few people on here that work for Chevy and may be able to hook you up. Post some pics of the car as it is now and we may be able to help without that diagram.
I've rebuilt two Cruzes. The drivers knee bag will be the biggest hang up. But both mine needed all front airbags, dash, and seatbelts/tensioners. You'll also need a clockspring or plugs since they will be melted to the wheel bag. Both of my new OEM clock springs were clocked wrong which triggers the service power steering, traction control, and check engine light. I had to uncouple my steering shaft and rotate it one turn to the right to fix that issue other wise u need the GM MDI scan tool which replaced theTechII.

The airbag light on my car was reset using T body on a TechII. You probably won't need sensors unless they are physically damaged. www.Car-part.com is a great resource as is eBay. Enter your VIN at gmpartsdirect to exploded parts views. I bought new surplus wheel and drivers knee airbags for the first Cruze from 5-star Airbags for the first '12 I did, and all used bags for the second for $1100. I bought parts off Amazon. The good thing about the Cruze is that it's a popular new car which is still in production, and there are lot of surplus GM parts. Post up some pictures so we can see what's in store for u!

I see we have alot of veterans in here, I'm currently TDY in Louisiana and i don't get back home for another week. i bought the car 2 days before i left and have been shipping parts to my home. Its getting a little crazy cause im also finishing up a 67 mustang build but when i get home ill post pictures.
Welcome to the forums! Yeah post up pics if you can. I see you already found the http://www.cruzetalk.com/forum/6-new-cruzetalk-start-here/12856-military-veterans-post-here-23.html thread and posted there. If you just so happen to be rebuilding an eco skip the horn assembly and go with the non eco horns or find something else that actually works. I'm on the process of finding the ATS horn assembly. There appear to be a ton of totaled cars out there as said above, you should be able to find what you need.
merc ya i just found the veterans area. that's pretty cool. also its not an eco as far as i know.

Gus that airbag talk scares me. i might try to just install the bags and then take it to the stealership and pay up for them to do the rest. Ive rebuilt engines but for what ever reason bags scare me. also ive already noticed the driver knee bag is hard to find for a decent price but i got a few lines on some.still need to do a little more research on the hole bag situation.

If you can power it up, the gauges will say eco in the top right if it's an eco.

More accurate method would be to take the vin against page 17 of this link below.

Also unless you only need one or two, don't buy any nuts, bolts, or clips from the dealer. They are usually $3-$5 each. I bought $60 worth boxes of of 20 from a website called ClipsAndFasteners.com - Automotive Retainers,Clips and Fasteners They have 4-5 Cruze specific fasteners. You may also need 9mm push pins which I found on eBay for a great price. I've tried to document some of that on this site. You may be able to find some links in my previous posts.
