So I noticed that some Dumb A** put a dent in my fender. Does anyone think I could get this out myself or would I be best to take to a body shop. I hope the jerk that did it gets a flat! Automotive exterior Bumper Rim Ceiling Tire Automotive tire Rim Wheel Automotive wheel system Ceiling Floor Room Automotive exterior

Sorry to see - but it happens to the best of us.

I suggest that you do not go to a body shop.

I recommend that you find the best paintless dent repair guy in your region. Talk to your local Mercedes-Benz and Porsche people. They will tell you who the best is.

I JUST had this done to my car a couple weeks ago, almost in the same spot. I called my PDR guy and bam, its gone. Those guys work wonders. Keep in mind that your repair will cost more because its in the bodyline.

What's a ballpark figure of cost?

I had mine done for $100, but it was a bit smaller than that. I'm guessing $200-$250 to get that removed.

You won't be disappointed though.

I would think a PDS guy could do that for under 200.00. Easy to get to bt it is on the crease so that will be the tricky part.

My guy would be $180 cash - and done after business hours at his home. Would probably take him 45 minutes to an hour.
