On my way now to see if any Cruze's are representin'!
This was way more than just a car show! Yesterday evening was the last Peanut Butter and Jam concert (free to attend) to kick off the weekend. Today there were officially over 1700 cars in attendance for the 14th Annual Kenosha Classic Cruise-In Car Show, not including the Vans (large van club), and all the vehicles that could not get in that were parked around the periphery. They closed off most of the downtown to accomodate the various car clubs. Sadly no Cruze's other than mine showed up.

The Kenosha Harbor outdoor Market was in full swing and Cheese apalooza is also this weekend. Even tall ship rides on the Red Witch are available. I almost missed the 56th Street Art & Treasure Market at the Rhode Opera House.

Tomorrow is another car show, the 15th Annual Car Show Fund Raiser For Our Severely Wounded Warriors, more than likely a number of today's participants will be there as well.

This is a great destination weekend. Besides all the special events we have street cars (free rides today), the Dinosaur Discovery Museum, the Civil War Museum and the Kenosha History Center and the Kenosha Public museum. Almost all of this is within 5 minutes walking distance and most accessible via the street cars.

A purple Gremlin and even a Hornet sportabout wagon...a little bit of everything in Kenosha this weekend.

You are not kidding. There were so many great cars, I got super picky taking pictures and still had over a hundred pic's.
