I just got a Chevy Cruze limited. I can start the the car from the onstar app and turn the car off the key fob. But I can't start the car from the key fob. I tried both key fobs and it didn't work. Is that a normal thing?

You have to press the lock button, and then within (I think) 5 or so seconds, press and hold the start button on the remote. This ensures the vehicle is safely locked while it is running.

The parking lamps will blink once to confirm lock command, and then will blink a second time to confirm remote start command, at which point the vehicle should start and the parking lamps will illuminate to show the vehicle is running.
