So if you look closely I believe that the car that is speeding is a chevy cruze... but make sure to finish the video.

Looking at that video, I'm sorry but he's not going after that Cruze. The siren you hear before the video starting is not constant and instead follows the bell curve [doppler effect] meaning that there was another cop passing by that was chasing someone. Also, what cop takes that long to wait before going after someone with no traffic in sight?
On a side note, I lol'd at the fact that right after he made the ducks leave another Cruze passed right by him, not to mention the illegal pass the white Cruze made over a double yellow line, and yet he got no ticket. Gotta ask the question though, are there nothing but Cruze owners in Portland? Lol.
