Maybe a cheap Alternative Duel exhaust?
Hey guys im just throwing this out there.
A few years back i owned a v6 dodge magnum I remember i switched from a single exhaust to a duel, but i didnt want the "cutout" on the bumper to show
So i ordered these from dodge they are called exhaust bezels you our local dodge dealer for about 10-11bucks a pair

It might be worth a try so see if they fit or not.
There is an actual template on that link you can print out and see if it will work
