I would suggest checking into Main Motors in Anoka, MN on the northwest side of the Twin Cities metro area. While I can't vouch personally for their service department, that is where I bought my CTD, and they sold a fairly high volume of CTDs. They were quite good to work with and very knowledgeable about the CTD at least at the point of sale despite it being a very new and rare car at the time. The only reason I didn't use them for service is I lived 200 miles away and then moved from the region six months later.
