2012 Cruze 1LT / Crystal Red Tint coat / All Factory Upgrades
I was looking around at Mobileye's website and it looks like they offer so many advanced driver assistance systems through a single forward facing camera on the windshield. I've seen some videos on you tube of the system in action. It seems that Mobileye's target audience is fleet owners but they do offer systems for personal vehicles. They can get pretty expensive it looks like ($800-$1,300). I can see this being a huge benefit for 1st GEN cars without these amazing features (FCW, LDW, etc). It seems that the camera sensor can fit inside the black plastic behind the rear view mirror making it look super OEM. I just can't find any one who has installed it in their personal car and how to even get the thing installed and calibrated in the first place. Does any one else think this would be a good idea and how you would even start.
