Hello, I have a 2015 Cruze diesel and I'm lookin to do HIDS in it like I do all my cars. My question is what have others put in there car without retrofitting the headlight housings. This is a brand new car I will not be taking the oem headlight housings out to retrofit them nor do I like after market items on a brand new vehicle. Does this car have a bulb out warning? And last 35 or 55 watts?

I did a search on here and it's all from 2010 2011and being told it's illegal to do so yeah no luck there.

Honestly here in 2015 you will be told the same thing. That being said there is really now reason for 55w ballasts imo. Most bulbs are actually not rated for it and will just go out quickly. Not to mention they produce alot more heat and burn up headlights.
