motorcycle hit and run. ruined my mirror

well guy was lane spliting and took my driver mirror with it. did not make contact with the paint thank goodness. the mirror glass, motor, base, and painted cap are all still ok byt the frame is damaged. does anyone have one used or junkyard near that can pull one and sent it to me? driver ran and before the idiots in traffic cleared a way for me to try to get a plate on my dash cam he took off.. no way a CTd can keep up with a sports bike
