Multiple issues

I have a 2011 Chevy Cruze LTZ fully loaded. It currently has 119,000 miles on it...I've had regular maintenance done on it, and had to replace the turbo at 85,000 miles. Over the weekend I struggled with ignition issues and gave her another tune up and replaced fuel injector fuses and she was fine. Yesterday she all of a sudden stopped shifting out of first gear and is struggling to go into reverse. I feel like this car is becoming a money pit. The codes pulled we're P0700, P0776, and P0420. Other than it being a completely new transmission any other cheaper fixes?

I forgot to.mention that the dealership told me I had low compression in the 4th cylinder and wanted to replace the engine for $6000 but once I changed the spark plugs, ignition coil, and the fuse it was fine.
