Hey all, I'm having these codes and i'm at a bit of a loss.

Just bought this cruze. It's a 2012 Eco with a 6 speed (the lords transmission)

Car only has 120k on it, so i'm doubting it's the chain. oil service history is good as well. For all these codes to be wrong at once I'm suspecting the ecm (possibly reverse pole jumped?)

Codes are cam/crank relation, IAT, MAF, TSTAT heater, and O2s. Car has a very hard start, generally takes two attempts to start but after a very rough idle it smooths out after a few minutes. 5-6 sensors failing at once is a bit crazy to me, but for the brain to not communicate to the limbs seems to be more likely.

I'd hate to bring it to a stealership to reprogram the car.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check your fuse block. The one under the hood. The three bolts after you pull the fuse block out remove the three bolts from the top of the fuse block and separate the top half from the bottom half and make sure you can connect it nice and solid I'll bet it's not. I have the same problem with mine like numerous times. What happens is it eventually vibrates loose those three bolts. And the top of the fuse block comes disconnected from the wiring harness. It's actually kind of a common problem but not as common to where you hear about it all the time. It's happened to me a couple times already. So check your fuse block make sure that the bottom half of the fuse block and the wiring harness is connected nice and snug and then bolt those three bolts down tight I put the fuse block in. Also make sure you check the 12 volt lead that goes from the battery to the side of the fuse block by the driver side shock Tower and make sure that's on there tight and not corroded or broken. I'm willing to bet money that that is your issue. Just because I have dealt with that problems enough times with this car to where I know the symptoms and you're showing every one of them. Let us know if that fixes it
I'll be checking this today. if this solves it i'd honestly want to send you money for saving me so much heart ache lol

Checked the relay panel and everything was tight.

Replaced the cam actuators, no change.
Replaced the cam sensors, it started easier but is still throwing p0016.

Are the chains for the 1.4 garbage? Should I really be looking at a timing issue?

it starts on the second / third attempt, but chases idle a little.
No misfire codes or i'd suspect the culprits (spark/fuel/air etc)

update - i replaced the chain, maf, o2 sensors.

o2 sensors and chain solved a lot of problems, i think the pcv is my problem now.
