I mean, I would not mention (if they ask) that your car was on the side of the road for stalling. It sucks but the Honday Odysseys insurance co should owe you payment for a new(ish) car, maybe you can get a Cruze that does not have stalling problems this time.

If you get another Cruze, mine didn't stall but (especially in 85-90 degree + weather) they do play the game of claiming 87 octane is fine, but the turbo really loves higher octane fuel, in automatic it downshfits at the point where it'd start bogging down, in manual shift instead it bogs down and you have a nice fat power bog (mainly below 2000RPM). I assume it detects some (start of) ping or knock and pulls tons of boost and possibly timing. I'm running E85 in mine... it looooves that 110 or so octane ethanol!
