2017 cruze Only drove for it for 3 miles the next morning I woke to go to work turned on and turned off couldn't run at the time I didnt know she did that and went to go talk to her and she said she did do that so we emptied the diesel and filled it it with gasoline and turned on but when I drove it and accelerate it hesitated to past from 75 to 90 mph. Check engine light turned on this morning I drove it and was as bad as yesterday but what next step i should I do. Thank you for taking your time out of your day to help.

If you can siphon it off.
Usually fueling up with 50% of a tank of regular gasoline will work just fine.

A gas/diesel ratio of 50/50 works okay-ish.
The more gas, and less diesel, the better the car will run.

Hard to fill a gasoline car with diesel. I believe Diesel hoses are larger in Diameter, so they won't fit your fuel tank.
Odd she didn't notice that the nozzle didn't fit, and she had to hold it all the time to fill up the car...
A mistake most people won't easily make.

Reverse is more common. Gasoline nozzles fit perfectly fine in diesel tanks.
