My radio mylink screen shuts off and reboots randomly, iv had it to the shop twice this week they replaced the negative battery cable the first time and done a software update the second time and its still doing it, does anyone know what is causing this?

You're not alone. In the 5 months I've had my car it's done it to me about 4 times. I've not seen anyone come up with an explanation.

Sounds like a firmware conflict, GM will probably wait to re-do the code until enough people complain

Either an internal short in the radio head unit or faulty software.
