Cool. Just a quick comment. The Cruze is pretty aerodynamic. Others have reported that adding racks to their car causes a significant hit on the MPGs.

Welcome. I have a roof rack for my ECO MT and I take nearly a 20% hit on fuel economy just to have the rack on there. My advice would be to get a rack that's easy to add and remove so you don't take the hit when you're not using it.

I asked because my sister is in Arlington and they love it down there except for the summer time when ya run from the house to a cooled car to and from work .
