Hello,
I've had my coolant hoses changed due to overheating and a snapped hose in summer
Again I'm overheating and losing coolant so I decided to look

Now it appears as though the plastic piece it feeds into beside the engine is leaking

What is this piece called? What's its part number?
I can change it myself just need help identifying parts and issues

Not the hose, looking for the part that it feeds into where it's wet here

Is this the water outlet return? Hot coolant to radiator part?

By your description it sounds like the water outlet.

It looks like the water outlet, but as JLL said, a wider shot would help.

completely deteriorated when I tried to remove hoses

The car has been fixed and done a 50km drive. Praying from here on out.
