Are you taking another position with "GM" or leaving them altogether? I would imagine you are EXHAUSTED from apologizing to everyone for their Cruze problems. Good luck with your new position. I hope it's not as exhausting as this one must have been.I just wanted to start by saying thank you for all of the support and knowledge we have shared. It has been an exciting journey meeting all of you, and I really had a lot of fun. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the community better. I think it’s a wonderful thing that you all are willing to share your wealth of information with each other, and I’ll definitely miss your conversations!
I wanted to let you know that I am moving on to a new position; and two new Chevrolet Customer Service Representatives will be available to assist you with your Cruze questions, concerns, and feedback. The Chevrolet Customer Service Representative’s are Crystal and Jackie. They will take good care of you all.
