Turbo tech has taken a 180 from making huge gains to make huge MPGs and power at low rpm. That video was pretty cool and so is the tech behind it, but I think i'd rather grab one of the modded turbos from VT. My statement of course is apples to oranges. But imagine if you threw one of those on a SMART car...
