Welcome.
CTDs seem to come in two flavors, new ones that are hard to find and used ones that have much higher resale value than the gassers.
I thought I wanted a 2015 Diesel, but ended up with 2nd generation gasser because I couldn't justify the cost premium of the diesel with my 12k miles a year.
But with an incredible commute like yours, I'd be looking for a 2017-2018 CTD with stick shift.
