Ask the office for security footage & file a police report. Happened to my friends car in college - they caught the guy on tape & made his insurance pay for it.

was il walmart parking lot today and some idiot crushed my front passanger fender so im looking at needing help cause the idiot took off...

Hopefully you filed a police report.
If your insurance company is not going to fix it, here is a cheap fender. You can also find them prepainted but if they are like my pre-painted fascia it is the wrong shade.

Walmart has security cameras. Ask the manager to help you.
