I repositioned blade s but they stop in the middle of the wipe, hesitate, then go again wont park & turn off

You need to redo the setup, you have them incorrectly indexed.

I really hate the editing interface. I was way deep in creating this post and because of a misdropped photo, it deleted the entire post. 45 minutes down the drain. They really need to create an auto draft saver or something. AAARRRRRG!

Now the online parts place is saying that they cant get the part because its backordered. This is crap.

Wipers

So when I turn on the wipers or my 2014 cruze there's no movement but when I spray the windshield they work fine , my question is , is it the fuse. I also had new motor for wipers installed a few months back ..any info is helpful Thanks in advance.
