Hi, my name is Mike and I just purchased my new '17 Cruze LT a few days ago. I've already began the simple mods. I've replace the goofy stock air filter with an AEM dryflow filter in the stock airbox. Next will be fabricating my own 3" OD mandrel bent short ram intake using my AEM dryflow filter. I may make my own catless downpipe and mid-pipe once hptuners price for unlocking the computer goes down and I can tune it.

The previous pics were me trying to show that the stupid pinstripe that the dealership puts on every vehicle was removed and now looks much better! lol I feel I need to upgrade to the 18" wheels To make the exterior pop and possibly the gm accessories sport spoiler. A lowered stance and window tint also on the to-do list.

2008 Colorado 3.7L ran [email protected] on my first turbo setup.
Haha I completely forgot GM tried their hand at an I5. That's a pretty sweet set-up.
It was supposed to get the 4.2l I6 from the trailblazer but it was too long for the Colorado engine bay. They just lobbed off a cylinder and that's how the 3500 I5 was created in a ideological sense. Then the power output was less than desirable so they made the bore larger, went with more aggressive cams, bigger combustion chamber, and a much better flowing head in '07 bumping displacement to 3.7L. In 2008 they changed the pistions it increase compression to 10.5:1. It's an awesome platform and runs very well especially with boost.

Update. Gm performance exhaust with gutted cats. Im modifying my custom catless downpipe to make a tighter seal at the v-band and lip for the bottom flange to center the tube to the stock mid-pipe. I'm also welding in a straight tube in place of the second cat with a Helmholtz resonator for sound quality.
