Hello everyone, I am new here. I had a question about the paint.. it looks like the clear coat has bubbled on the roof of my 2015 Cruze. I just bought it a month ago and I am soo upset about it. I got the pre-certification and it has a warranty. I called Chevy and they may or may not pay for it.. anyone else have this issue and the warranty cover it? Also, when I start it, it makes a ticking sound.. everything I have read suggests it is the fuel injectors. Normal?

FYI.. the paint looks like rough spots.. like someone dropped glue on the roof and it dried.. but when I tried to wash it off it would not wash off.. so I assumed it was a paint defect.
Welcome to the forum!

How many miles are on your Cruze? It should be covered under the 3 year 36K mile bumper to bumper warranty.
Oh no.. 39k! But I do have the extended bumper to bumper. Maybe that will cover it?

It's definitely worth looking into!
Welcome to CruzeTalk.
BTW I took a cloth to whatever spots were on the trunk and it miraculously came off.. so evidently the dealership did a terrible detail. Whatever it was(still looks like super glue) came off so I hope that's what ever is on the roof and can be buffed out. ?
