The GM social media team monitors several hundred enthusiast web sites. They allocate relatively limited resources based on which sites their automated systems detect problems.

So then they did answer it right? They have a lot of pretty pretty women working there and your offer of a 'Massage' probably was spurned, they prefer not to be touched at GM
Either that or they had to pass the offer through HR. :)

And I think there's been problems in the past where the system failed to alert on threads in this forum. I haven't seen too many posts from CCC lately, so either they're fighting fires somewhere else or their system isn't working right (again).

Usually when the forums break it breaks on their end too. Best bet is to type in your issues in the forum below in which it applies and use keywords "Chevy Customer Care GM Small Cars Issues" or something like that to trip the search topic.
