Blowby from the piston rings? Dude, I read your post three times and I'm lost.
Are you saying you still have oil leaks from replaced seals?

The only thing I can think of is turbo oil inlet and outlet. Not many people know the PCV system helps with the turbo charger oil flow. If you have never changed the oil inlet line, now would be a good time to do it regardless.
