Problem:
I went in for a routine oil change. Your Vehicle Report came by email with RED for Oil Leak, Transmission Leak. The transmission leak had been serviced already about 1.5 years ago but now has come back up. Regarding the Oil Leak, I'm not sure where the leak is, but this vehicle had major service done to it less than a year ago. The Head Gasket was replaced along with Thermostat and a radiator hose. For a relatively new car, this car has had way more problems than my Toyota, or older cars I've owned in the past. My dealer shop is frustrating too. I had to read the report myself to see that they had found these issues. I emailed and called them with no return phone call...until I gave them a negative survey.
Anyone have 1 or more of these issues. Any fixes for you all? I'm about ready to just trade in the thing for just peace of mind. When I bought this vehicle I though GM had finally gotten its act together to build quality cars Americans want. To boot, they want to charge me $150 to find the leak. Shouldn't this be covered under the power train warranty?
Thanks all,
