Last year I bought the Directions & Connections plan and it was $290 with tax. I called to renew and was presented with some money saving advice where I could order Navigation ala carte (by the month) as I don't drive much and hardly use it. In the end I went with the same Directions & Connections plan at a new lower $210 yearly rate plus tax (normally $34.95 a month)

While it really felt good to finally tell XM to get lost, OnStar seems to provide an excellent product & quality service at a new lower price!

So wat was the Total, like $228? That's a fair price for that...
It was 2X this many. Don't ask me why?

As requested, we’re notifying you that on DEC 19, 2016, at GM *ONSTARBUNDLED SVCS, a pending authorization or purchase in the amount of $108.93 was placed or charged on your Capital One[SUP]®[/SUP] MASTERCARD PLATINUM account

That would have helped me if I kept the car for 4 years. I did make it a point to use it as much as I could w/o being a complete hassle.
I think the Rep felt bad for me, therefore the suggestion to downgrade as I've only used the Navigation 29 times in 35 months. I think they can see your overall call history and these promotions are doled out accordingly. Just like DirecTV did to me, never offering a promotion for existing customers, warning you to return their equipment safely or else...This time under A T & T they just cut the bill 40% pure & simple. That will work!

BTW Never return your Broken Directv boxes back! I returned a broken one once time that had like $200 in porns that I never paid for because the box was never plugged into a phone line and they billed me for it like 5 years after it was ordered!
Was it good porn though. I've never ordered anything Adult through DirecTV, watch mostly cartoons it seems?
