Assuming you could make the computers happy. I'm not sure as the Aveo ECU is going to be happy with a 1.8. And I don't know as you'd make the 1.8 ECU and Aveo electronics happy with each other.

I'd certainly suggest lining up the software people before putting any money into the idea.
