Cover for sure.....the burst valve has failed.
Strong possibility of check valve failure in the intake manifold. If so, the manifold is replaced as an assembly.
If the cover is replaced with a failed check valve a second failure of the cover is likely.

There is no reason at all that air would ever be going through that vent hole unless it went bad? Just don't want to replace cover if it doesn't need to be

I was able to flow tested my valve cover to over 80 psi without the burst disk leaking any air. Normal crank operation is 0.5 psi
How are these things failing?! :S
